Zoe is currently Chief Strategy Officer at BDO LLP, coordinating and delivering the firm’s strategic framework working across business streams to ensure identification and delivery of priorities. Zoe works with the firm’s leadership team and wider leaders to future proof the firm. Zoe joined BDO 17 years ago and has had a variety of roles during this time, setting up the firm’s strategy team 4 years ago. Zoe is a NED for Nelson Croom and a guest speaker at Warwick Business School on the topic of strategy and culture.
